一种瓦斯抽放管道泄压阻隔爆装置

摘要

针对现有的抽放管道阻爆装置受技术的影响和经济条件的制约,造成阻隔爆效果差,不能达到预期效果的缺点.本文设计了一种新型瓦斯抽放管道泄压阻爆装置,由真空腔体、阻爆材料、温度压力传感器、智能挡片及PLC控制柜组成,除实现现用的瓦斯抽放管道阻隔爆功能外,还具有泄压、减能的作用,制动动作快速、灵敏,泄阻爆效果好,安全可靠,成本低经济适用.%To the defects of the existing drainage pipe explosive blocking device which is in the impact of technology and the restriction of economic conditions, results in poor effect of blocking burst and can't a-chieve the desired effect, this paper designs a kind of pressure relief gas drainage pipe burst blocking device which constitutes by the vacuum chamber, explosion resistance material, temperature and pressure sensors, smart blank and PLC control cabinets, in addition to achieving the function of the existing gas drainage pipeline explosion blocking, has a role in pressure relief and power reducing. Its braking action is rapid, sensitive and the explosion blocking vent is effective, safe, reliable, low cost, economic and suitable.
