低品位膨润土矿离心机提纯工艺研究

摘要

To explore the purification process of low grade bentonite ,Laiyang Furao bentonite ,which montmorillonite grade is 37.00% ,was purified by using horizontal decanter centrifuge .The influence of pulp concentration ,feed rate ,rotational speed ,and the influence of scavenging process to recovery was presented in orthogonal experiment .96.58% montmorillonite ,2.44% yields and 6.37% recoveries were obtained by using the condition of 5% feeding concentration ,2304r/min rotating speeds and 1 .50m3/h feed rates .And 93 .38% montmorillonite ,9 .05% yields and 22 .96% recoveries were obtained by using three scavenging process ,which obtained high purity montmorillonite .%为探索低品位膨润土矿提纯高纯蒙脱石的研究。实验采用品位为37．00％的莱阳富饶膨润土原矿进行卧式螺旋离心机提纯，采用正交实验方法考查了给料浓度、给料速度、离心机转速对提纯效果的影响，以及不同扫选段数对回收率的影响。最终在给料浓度5％、转鼓转速2304r/min、给料速度1.50m3/h条件下，经一段选别制得品位96．58％、产率2．44％、回收率6．37％的膨润土原矿，并采用三段扫选的工艺制得品位93．88％、产率9．05％、回收率22．96％的高纯蒙脱石产品。
