The 19th mining Indaba reveals the global mining industry has been into downturn ,the African mining is growing at a slow pace .The Chinese enterprises have been in Africa by the cooperation between the China and the Africa in the past severaldecades ,and it has broad basis .There are new opportunities for the Chinese enterprises with the invested environment changes better and better by day ,the effect of the cooperation between the China and the Africa in resource yield impressive results and the risk estimate of the Africa by the western country is too high .It brings new challenges for the Chinese enterprises withpolitical instability ,weak infrastructure ,and resource nationalism .The Chinese enterprises must been stepping up efforts to cope with that in the future .%19届南非国际矿业大会透漏出全球矿业市场低迷的情况下，非洲矿业低速发展的新形势。通过过去几十年中非交往，中国企业已经走进了非洲，而且有较为广阔的基础。非洲矿业投资环境日益改善，中非资源领域合作效果显著，西方矿业资本对非洲风险评估过高这些为中国企业带来新的机遇，同时非洲仍然存在政局不稳、基础设施薄弱、民族资源主义等一系列挑战，未来中国企业必须着力应对。
