中国地质图书馆地学文献国际交换工作现状与建议

摘要

本文在总结中国地质图书馆地学文献国际交换工作的基础上，全面总结分析了国际交换工作在汇聚资源、节约经费、推进共享等方面的重要作用，及其专业性、政策性强和工作人员素质要求高等特点，并针对存在的交换单位数量、交换出版物数量减少等问题提出了转变工作思路、转变交换方式、建立管理系统、开展社会化服务等建议。%　　On the basis of geological documentation in China Geological Library (CGL ) ,this paper summarizedthe important roles of international exchange on the aggregation of data resource ,reduction of expenditure and promotion of data sharing .The international exchange of the geological documentation is a professional and political work ,and has higher requires for the staff members .Now ,the existing problems of the international exchange in CGL are of the limited connection and exchange with other library .Some suggestions have been proposed for the improvement and development of international exchange in CGL including adjusting the working thought ,changing the exchange approach ,establishing themanagement system and developing socialized service .
