浅析我国矿产资源综合利用

摘要

矿产资源综合利用对于提高资源利用效率,加快经济发展方式转变,增强可持续发展能力都具有重要意义.本文首先从共伴生、低品位、矿山固体废弃物、再生金属、矿产资源综合利用专项等五个方面总结了我国矿产资源综合利用的总体情况.然后,从资源管理、科研技术、政策法规、专项组织实施等四个方面分析了存在的主要问题.最后,提出了我国矿产资源综合利用的总体思路和九条具体措施,为我国矿产资源综合利用政策制定提供参考.%Comprehensive utilization of mineral resources is very important to high performance of mineral resources utilization, transformation of the mode of economic development, sustainable development, firstly,the overall situation of comprehensive utilization of mineral resources is summarized from associated mineral resources, low grade ore, mine solid waste, regeneration of metal, comprehensive utilization of mineral resources project. Then the main problems of comprehensive utilization of mineral resources are analyzed from resource management, scientific research and technology, policies and regulations, special project management. The overall train of thought and nine concrete pieces of suggestion are given in the end in order to help the policy formulation.
