煤矿瓦斯检验人员安全心理测量与分析

     

摘要

研究煤矿瓦斯检验人员安全心理特征,制定安全心理量化评价标准.运用实验心理学仪器和心理量表对中煤矿山建设集团公司250余名与矿山安全生产密切相关的煤矿瓦斯检验人员进行安全心理测量,使用SPSS18.0统计软件进行数据处理.获得煤矿瓦斯检验人员各项安全心理阈限值,制定了安全心理参数标准,建立了安全行为心理模型以及安全人格心理结构.初步形成新的矿工安全心理选拔模式和安全管理评价系统,对保障矿井安全,促进矿山人力资源优化配置,优化提高矿工群体安全心理水平具有重要意义.%To research on the safe psychology characteristics of the gas identifiers in coal mine and institute the measurable evaluation criterion for their safety psychology. Some Psychology measurement instruments and a questionnaire was used to measure the safe psychology characteristics of the personnel, above 250,who work in China Coal Mine Construction Group Corporation,at all kinds of special posts. This article focuses on the gas identifiers, because this post is closely related to mine security. The SPSS18. 0 statistical software was used to deal with the measurement data, the gas identifiers' safe psychology threshold was attained, the safe psychology parameter criterion was instituted,the safe behavior psychology model and personality structure were established. Taking shape the new selection pattern of miners' safety psychology and the safety management evaluation system, it has a great significance for ensuring mine security,promoting the optimal allocation of human resources in mines, and improving the psychological health level of the group in coal mine.
