河南矿产资源的经济承载力评价：基于五种主要矿产资源分析

摘要

As a key development area in the main domestic functional regions and main provider of energy and raw materials ,the Central Plains Economic Zone (CPEZ) plays a profound and strategic role in the national reform and development process .Henan is located in the core area of the Central Plains ,serving as the main supply of mineral resources in Central Plains .The mineral resources industry not only supports Henan′s economic development ,but also affects the development of CPEZ . By referring to related literatures ,the paper evaluates the carrying capacity of mineral resources in Henan through applying the economic carrying capacity evaluation index system and model .In particular ,five major types of mineral resources in Henan are specifically selected as the study sample ,which are then analyzed in terms of resource reserves and available reserves .Finally ,relevant recommendations are provided accordingly to improve the level of mineral resources conservation and sustainable development .%中原经济区是全国主体功能区的重点开发区域，是全国重要的能源和原材料基地，在全国改革发展大局中具有重要战略地位。河南地处中原核心区，是中原主要的矿产资源供应区，矿产资源产业是河南经济发展的支柱产业，关系整个中原经济区的发展。本文在回顾国内外相关研究的基础上，运用主流的矿产资源经济承载力评价指标体系和模型对河南矿产资源承载力进行评价，具体选取河南五种主要矿产资源作为样本，从资源储量和保有储量两个角度进行了分析，并据此对河南矿产资源保障和可持续发展提出了相关建议。
