老矿山接替资源找矿项目社会经济效益评价研究

摘要

The old mine exploration project for continued resouse,which is following the exploration of the crisis mine,is a special work of geological exploration.The main goal is to Chinese large and medium-sized iron,copper,aluminum,zinc and other scarce minerals"backbone"state (including state-owned)mines as the focus,continuing to carry out the old mine periphery and deep prospecting work.In this paper, through the selection of evaluation indexes,we havedone a system analysis to the 2 years of economic and social benefits,and established a comprehensive evaluation model.The evaluation results calculated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodwere consistent with the actual situation.The evaluation index system is in line with the actual situation.%老矿山接替资源找矿项目是继危机矿山找矿项目后，又一地质勘查专项工作。主要目标是以我国大中型铁、铜、铝、锌等紧缺矿种“骨干”国有（含国有控股）矿山为重点，继续开展老矿山外围和深部找矿工作。本文通过选取的评价指标，对老矿山找矿项目实施2年来取得的经济、社会效益进行了系统的分析，并建立了社会经济效益综合评价模型，运用模糊综评价方法计算的评价结果与实际情况吻合，评价指标体系符合实际情况。
