新常态下地质调查财务管理人才队伍建设探讨

摘要

本文结合地质调查工作面临的新形势，在分析研究中国地质调查局及直属单位财务管理人才队伍存在问题等基础上，研究提出要制定符合地质调查工作实际的财务人才队伍规划，通过统筹人才结构，提升地质调查财务人员素质，完善激励保障机制等措施，为提高地质调查经济管理水平保驾护航。%Combining with the geological survey work is facing the new situation,based on the analysis of China Geological Survey Bureau and subordinate units financial management personnelproblems,the paper proposes to develop financial personnel planning in line with the actual geological survey work, throughcoordinating the talent structure,improvingthequality of financial personnel ofgeological survey, perfecting the incentive securitymechanismand so on,to improve the level of geological survey of economic management.
