基于熵权物元法的矿山地质环境恢复治理项目社会影响典型评价:以景德镇市为例

         

摘要

目前国内还没有开展针对矿山地质环境治理项目的社会影响评价。本文探索性地将熵权物元模型引入矿山地质环境治理项目的社会影响评价,并以景德镇市为例,开展矿山地质环境恢复治理项目社会影响典型评价,评价结果显示景德镇市矿山地质环境恢复治理项目社会影响总体较好,但在项目目标取向多元化、效益评价与投资挂钩和综合应用治理技术方面仍有完善和提高的空间。研究表明:基于熵权物元法的社会影响评价可以克服传统定性评价的不足,减少评价的主观性,结果较为科学可靠,值得在矿山地质环境恢复治理项目社会影响评价中推广应用。%Currently no social impact evaluation carried out for the mine geological environment governance projects .This article exploringly introduced the entropy‐weighted matter‐element model into social impact evaluation of the mine geological environment governance projects ,and evaluated the social impact of the mine geological environment governance typical projects .The results show that the overall social impact of Jingdezhen typical projects is good ,but there is still room for improvement and improved , for example:objective of diversifying ,benefit evaluation and Investment ,the comprehensive application of various treatment technologies .It is concluded that social impact evaluation based on entropy‐weighted matter‐element model can overcome the shortcomings of traditional qualitative evaluation ,reduce the subjectivity of the evaluation ,and reflect really the social impact of mine geological environment governance projects .The method is worthy to be popularized in practice .
