松散破碎围岩锚喷注联合加固技术

     

摘要

为解决九轨下山部分地段变形严重的问题,结合现场实际情况,得出该巷道持续剧烈变形的原因是断层构造多、围岩强度低和巷道施工质量差.分析认为,锚喷巷道在径向上存在分区,由外向里依次为锚喷层、散体层和深部裂隙层.散体层内围岩松散破碎,深部裂隙层内裂隙发育,贯通率高,这些是导致巷道后期失稳的主要因素.注浆加固的机理是固结浅部围岩,充填深部裂隙,为锚杆(索)提供稳定的着力基础,使得松散破碎的围岩与锚杆(索)成为整体,形成复合承载结构,从而提高巷道的稳定性.现场应用表明,九轨下山采用锚喷注加固40d后变形基本稳定,两帮移近量为67mm,顶底板移近量为45mm,满足了生产需求.%In order to solve the problem of serious deformation of dip track roadway in mining area No . 9 and combined with the actual situation ,the deformation reasons of this roadway were many fault structures ,low rock intensity and poor construction quality .Based on the analysis ,there existed partition in the radial direction of bolting and shotcrete roadway ,which was the anchor spray layer ,the granular layer and the deep fracture layer in turn .the loose and fractured surrounding rock in the granular layer and the fully developed fractures in the deep fracture layer were the main factors leading to instability in the later period of the roadway .By consolidating the rock and filling the cracks ,grouting provided a stable foundation for the bolt (cable) .Besides ,the loose broken rock and anchor bolt (cable) were cemented as a whole by grouting ,and a composite bearing structure was formed which improved the stability of the roadway .Field application has shown that the dip track roadway was basically stable 40 days after maintenance and reinforcement .The deformation of both sides and roof to floor were 67mm and 45mm respectively ,meeting the needs of production .
