本文通过解剖典型国家、典型地区油气勘查开发成功案例,总结全球油气勘探新进展和重大发现;从深水、深层、"连续型"油气成藏条件出发,分析未来油气重点勘探领域;提出全球油气勘探重要地质理论,包括区域构造演化与油气富集等;从地震、非常规油气、天然气水合物、定向钻井等方面,总结油气勘探领域应用的新技术.通过对比新发现、新领域、新理论和新技术,提出全球油气重要勘探方向,包括:中东等地泛特提斯盆地、俄罗斯、南北大西洋至北极的盆地、东非陆上和海上深水、澳大利亚西北大陆架、墨西哥湾等.提出我国油气勘探战略领域,包括深层、深水、非常规、海相、老油田挖潜等5个"重视",以及加强勘探基础工作和工程技术创新等.%The article collected some successful cases of oil and gas exploration in typical countries and areas to analyze new progress and major discoveries ,and summarized some new exploration fields ,new important geological theories and new technologies .By comparing these "4 new" ,the global important oil and gas exploration target is proposed ,including :Middle East Tethys extensive basin ,Russia ,North and South Atlantic Ocean to the Arctic Onshore and Offshore deep water basin ,East Africa ,and Australia's North West shelf ,Gulf of Mexico ,etc .Strategic territories of oil and gas exploration in China are put forward ,including Marine phases ,deep stratum ,deep water ,unconventional oil and gas ,the new field of old oil field and residual oil with improved recovery method ,and also the basic exploration work and engineering technology innovation ,etc .
