我国进口铁矿石定价权缺失的原因和对策建议

摘要

改革开放以来,我国的综合国力日益增强,在国际经济社会中扮演着越来越重要的角色.作为全球最大的铁矿石进口国,我国在国际铁矿石市场中却缺乏相应的定价权,只能被动接受进口铁矿石的价格.本文在系统梳理国际铁矿石市场定价机制和进口铁矿石价格走势的基础上,分析了我国进口铁矿石定价权缺失的原因,针对性地提出了提高我国进口铁矿石定价权的对策建议,一是建立铁矿产品和产地相结合的战略储备体系;二是实施铁矿石"走出去"战略,调整利用境外资源结构;三是推进我国铁矿石价格指数和现货交易平台建设;四是加强铁矿资源运输通道建设.%With the reform and opening up,China's comprehensive national strength has been increasingly strong.As the largest iron ore importer in the world,China plays a more and more important role in the international economic society.However,our country lacks of the corresponding pricing power in the international iron ore market,which makes China can just accept the price reluctantly.The authors analyze the reasons of lacking of imported iron ore pricing power on the basis of summarizing the international iron ore market pricing mechanism and imported iron ore prices trend.The authors put forward reasonable countermeasures.The first one is to establish a resource strategic reserve system;the second one is to implement the "Going Out"Strategy,adjusting the structure of using foreign resources;the third one is to promote the price index,spot trading platform'development;the last one is to strengthen the construction of resource transport corridors.
