双点压力机滑块运动精度分析

摘要

The double point press with wide worktable has already replaced single point press.Meanwhile,due to the increasing area of the worktable,the parallel degree of slide block relative to the workbench must be higher.So it is very important to strictly control the slider inclination in the double point press.By research of assembly dimension chain of the entire transmission system,the biggest affecting factor has been found out.Finally,the solution has been put forward in the conclusion.%双点压力机工作台面大,以高性能的优势替代单点压力机.同时,由于工作台面的加大,滑块相对于工作台的平行度也要求较高,严格控制滑块的倾斜度对于双点压力机的精度显得尤为重要.本文通过研究构成整个传动系统的装配尺寸链,找到最大影响因素,并提出解决方法.
