Objective To explore the effects of drug using consultation on guiding rational drug use and to improve medication compliance of children. Methods Complete outpatient drug counseling records from January 2008 to December 2009 were collected. Those records were classified and analyzed by consulting forms, consulters,contents, the consulted drugs categories and consulting results. Results The most important consulting form was face to face talk. The consulters were mainly parents. Consulting contents included drug choose, dosage and direction, adverse drug reaction, proposed indication. The drugs most frequently consulted were antibiotics, respiratory system drugs, antipyretic analgesics, Chinese traditional medicine and drugs for digestive system. The ratio of giving answers directly by pharmacists and indirectly by medicine reference books or software were up to 94.72%. Conclusion Pharmacists help guarantee the security of children's drug use and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reaction by offering drug using consultation and children's drug using guiding.%目的 探讨药师开展用药咨询服务在指导合理用药,提高患儿用药依从性中的作用.方法 收集我院2008年1月至2009年12月登记完整的门诊用药咨询记录,按咨询方式、咨询对象、咨询内容、咨询药物类别及咨询结果进行分类并统计分析.结果 共收集门诊用药咨询记录758份,咨询方式以现场咨询为主共465份(61.3%),咨询对象以患儿家长为主共528份(69.7%).患儿家长咨询问题类型较为集中,以药物选择、用法用量、不良反应为主[106份(20.1%)、254份(48.1%)、103份(19.5%)];医师关注的问题类型则比较全面;护士关注药物配伍者达45份(78.9%).咨询药物排在前5位的依次是抗微生物药物、呼吸系统药物、解热镇痛药、中成药及消化系统药物.现场直接解答问题者425份(56.1%);借助专业书籍或咨询软件解答者293份(38.6%);与临床专家沟通后再解答者21份(2.8%);无法解答者19份(2.5%).结论 药师通过开展用药咨询服务,对患儿进行用药指导,为确保患儿用药安全有效,并降低不良反应的发生起到了重要作用.
