中西药含漱液结合治疗放化疗所致口腔黏膜溃疡的效果观察

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine gargarism in the treatment of oral ulcer caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods Totally 51 patients with oral ulcer caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy from January 2012 to June 2015 in Chinese PLA General Hospital were randomly divided into control group(26 cases) and observation group(25 cases).Both groups were treated with gargarism mixed by 2％ lidocaine hydrochloride injection 2 ml,gentamycin sulfate injection 40 000 U and 0.9％ sodium chloride injection 20 ml,gargling 3-5 min before meals.The observation group had traditional Chinese medicine decoction with curative effect of "clearing heat and resolving toxin,dispersing swelling and healing sore",gargling 3-5 min after meals and before sleep.After treatment,outcomes were compared between groups.Results After 7 d of treatment,oral ulcer healing rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group[52.0％ (13/25) vs 11.5％ (3/26),P ＜ 0.01];oral ulcer healing time in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group[(7.5 ± 2.1) d vs (11.3 ± 2.3) d,t =-4.71,P ＜ 0.01].Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine gargarism is effective in the treatment of oral ulcer caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.%目的 观察中西药含漱液结合治疗放化疗所致口腔黏膜溃疡的临床效果.方法 选取2012年1月至2015年6月在解放军总医院中医科治疗的肿瘤放化疗所致口腔黏膜溃疡患者51例作为研究对象.按照随机数字表法分为对照组(26例)和观察组(25例).对照组采用2％盐酸利多卡因注射液2 ml、硫酸庆大霉素注射液4万U加入0.9％氯化钠注射液20 ml中配制而成的含漱液三餐前各含漱3～5 min;观察组在对照组的基础上结合自拟“清热解毒、消肿疗疮”中药汤剂三餐后及睡前各含漱3～5 min.比较2组治疗7d后口腔黏膜溃疡愈合情况及溃疡完全愈合所需时间.结果 观察组口腔黏膜溃疡愈合情况明显好于对照组,治疗7d后愈合率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[52.0％ (13/25)比11.5％ (3/26),P＜0.01].观察组溃疡愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义[(7.5±2.1)d比(1 1.3±2.3)d,t=-4.71,P＜0.01].结论 中西药含漱液结合治疗放化疗所致口腔黏膜溃疡临床效果好、溃疡愈合时间短.
