脾肺气虚型变应性鼻炎健脾通窍丸治疗临床分析

摘要

Objective To study the clinical effect of Jianpi Tongqiao pill in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with dificiency of both the splenic and pulmonary QI. Methods 82 allergic rhinitis patients with dificiency of both the splenic and pulmonary QI from October 2012 to May 2013 were retrospectively analyzed, who were divided into the experimental group of 50 cases and the control group of 32 cases.The patients of the control group took xinqin granule to expel wind and promote the restoration of consciousness and tonify qi and strengthen exterior,while the patients of the experimental group took Jianpi Tongqiao pill to expel wind and promote the restoration of consciousness and tonify the lung and spleen.The short-term and long-term efficacy of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The short-term efficacy showed that the effective rate of the experimental group was 98.00%, while that of the control group was 81.25%. The long-term efficacy showed that the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 28.00%, while that of the control group was 56.25%.The short-term and long-term efficacy of patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Jianpi Tongqiao pill in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with dificiency of both the splenic and pulmonary QI can obtain the better short-term and long-term efficacy, and is worth of applying.%目的：探讨健脾通窍丸治疗脾肺气虚型变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法回顾2012年10月~2013年5月脾肺气虚型变应性鼻炎患者82例，将其分成实验组50例，对照组32例，应用辛岑颗粒为对照组患者祛风通窍、益气固表，应用健脾通窍丸为实验组患者祛风通窍、补肺健脾。对比两组患者的远期及近期疗效。结果从近期疗效看，实验组治疗有效率为98.00%，对照组为81.25%；从远期疗效看，实验组患者鼻炎复发率为28.00%，对照组为56.25%，与对照组患者相比，实验组脾肺气虚型变应性鼻炎的远期及近期效果更佳，临床差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论健脾通窍丸治疗脾肺气虚型变应性鼻炎患者，能获得较佳的远期及近期疗效，值得应用。
