甲状腺功能减退症老年患者认知功能障碍对日常生活活动的影响

摘要

Objective Detection cognitive function and daily living activities of elderly hypothyroidism patients,and to explore the impacts of cognitive function on daily life activities. Methods We selected 146 elderly patients with hypothyroidism,use mini-mental state meter (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) to detect the cognitive function,and assess the daily living activities with daily living activities scale (ADL),and analyzed with statistical software. Results With the use of scale evaluation,we found that patients with hypothyroidism presented some degree of cognitive dysfunction and life activity decreased,and there is a significant correlation between them (P < 0.05). Conclusion There was a strong correlation between cognitive dysfunction and decreased daily living activities of elderly hypothyroidism patients,the poorer cognitive function,the lower activities of daily living.%目的：检测甲状腺功能减退症老年患者的认知功能及日常生活活动功能，并探讨认知功能对日常生活活动的影响。方法选取146名甲状腺功能减退老年患者，运用简易精神状态测量表（MMSE）和蒙特利尔认知评估（MoCA）检测认知功能，同时用日常生活活动能力量表（ADL）评定日常生活活动能力并用统计学软件进行分析。结果量表测评结果发现甲状腺功能减退患者存在一定程度的认知功能障碍和生活活动能力降低，且两者有明显的相关关系（P＜0.05）。结论甲状腺功能减退症老年患者的认知功能障碍与日常生活活动能力有较强的关联性，认知功能越差，日常生活活动能力也越低。
