公立医院管办分离改革理事会模式与董事会模式对比分析

摘要

本文首先对公立医院管办分离改革中的理事会模式和董事会模式进行分析，之后将两种模式的优劣势进行对比，得出理事会模式适合公立医院管办分离改革过渡阶段，并逐渐向董事会模式发展的结论，最后提出改革建议。%This article analysis board of directors mode and council mode in the seperation reform of management affairs and operation affairs in public hospital at first.Then it compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two models, in the next, it gets the conclusion that during the transition phase of separation reform in public hospital, council mode is more suitable.Gradually, the reform mode of public hospital can change to the board mode.At last the article makes some recommendations accordingly.
