促皮质激素治疗婴儿痉挛症前后视频脑电图分析

ObjectiveTo observe the change of video-electroencephalography(VEEG)before and after the treatment of adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH)in infantile spasms(IS),and analyze the recent and forward curative effect of IS. Methods 48 cases with IS long-term VEEG recorded and analysed at before,under and after six months of treatment of ACTH.Results The effective rates of VEEG improvement under treatment and after six months of treatment were 47.9% and 62.4%. The effective rates of the situation of convulsive seizurs were 52.1% and 68.7%.Conclusion ACTH can improve the situation of VEEG and convulsive seizurs effectively. The long-term curative effect is more significantly than the recent curative effect.%目的：观察促皮质激素（ACTH）治疗婴儿痉挛症（IS）前后视频脑电图（VEEG）变化特点，评价ACTH对IS的近期及远期疗效。方法对48例确诊IS患儿，分别在ACTH治疗前、治疗中、治疗后6月，进行长程VEEG监测并对其进行分析。结果治疗中及治疗后6月脑电图改善有效率为47.9%及62.4%，痉挛发作控制有效率为52.1%及68.7%。结论 ACTH能有效改善IS脑电图及痉挛发作情况，远期疗效较近期疗效更显著。
