目的：对早孕先兆流产合并绒毛膜下血肿的妊娠结局进行分析和研究。方法选择2013年5月～2014年6月我院收治的40例早孕先兆流产合并绒毛膜下血肿的患者作为实验组，另选择同时段我院收治的40例早孕先兆流产患者作为对照组，对两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性及系统性的分析，探讨两组患者的妊娠结局。结果实验组患者的自然流产率及早产率分别为17.50%，25.00%，对照组患者的自然流产率及早产率分别为2.50%和7.50%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组患者的妊娠年龄、住院时间、阴道出血时间及新生儿的体质量分别为（38.23±4.32）岁、（27.91±10.32）d、（17.44±7.61）d、（2.88±0.48）kg,；对照组患者分别为（30.16±5.43）岁、（23.82±9.63）d、（13.26±7.26）d、（3.26±0.64）kg，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论早孕先兆流产患者合并绒毛膜下血肿对妊娠结局具有不利的影响，且多见于年龄较大的产妇。%Objective To analyze and study the pregnancy outcome of threatened abortion and chorionic hematoma in early pregnancy. Methods From May 2013 to June 2014,40 patients with threatened abortion combined with chorionic hematoma were selected as the experimental group,and 40 cases of early pregnancy threatened abortion were selected as the control group.The clinical data of two groups were retrospectively analyzed.Results The rates of spontaneous abortion and premature delivery in the experimental group were 15% and 22.50% respectively,and the rate of spontaneous abortion and preterm delivery in the control group were 2.50% and 7.50%(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant. In the experimental group,the age,length of hospital stay, the time of vaginal bleeding and the body weight were (38.23±4.32)d,(27.91±10.32),(17.44±7.61)d,(2.88±0.48)kg;control group were (30.16±5.43) years old, (23.82±9.63)d,(13.26±7.26) kg,(3.26±0.64) kg, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The patients with threatened abortion in early pregnancy have a negative effect on the outcome of pregnancy, and it is more common in older women.
