ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of modified Wuling Shujin decoction with medicine for external application in the treatment of gonarthromeningitis.Methods98 cases of patients with gonarthromeningitis were selected from May 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital, all the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, there were 49 cases in each group, the control group was treated with methylprednisolone combined with local infrated treatmen, the observation group was treated with modified Wuling Shujin decoction combined with medicine for external application, The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom scores of two groups were compared.Results The total efficiency of the observation g roup was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The joint tenderness, joint swelling, joint pain,joint activity scores of the observation group and the control group after tr eatment were lower than before tratment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),The joint tenderness, joint swelling, joint pain scores of the observation group after treatment were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Wuling Shujin decoction with medicine for external application in the treatment of gonarthromeningitis has better treatment efficacy,can improve the clinical efficacy and improve clinical signs and symptoms of gonarthromeningitis,and it can be applied in clinical practice.%目的：探讨加味五苓舒筋汤配合外敷药治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法本次研究对象为2014年5月～2015年3月来我院就诊的膝关节滑膜炎患者共98例，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各49例，对照组用甲泼尼龙联合局部红外线理疗治疗，观察组用加味五苓舒筋汤配合外敷药物治疗，比较两组临床疗效、临床症状评分。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后观察组和对照组关节压痛、关节肿胀、关节疼痛、关节活动度评分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组治疗后关节压痛、关节肿胀、关节疼痛评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论加味五苓舒筋汤配合外敷治疗膝关节滑膜炎疗效确切，可提高临床疗效，改善膝关节滑膜炎的临床症状体征，可在临床推广应用。
