综合护理干预在小儿过敏性紫癜护理中的效果观察

摘要

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for pediatric allergic purpura. Methods From January 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital during the period of treatment of 64 cases of allergic purpura,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group two groups,32 cases in each group of children.Based on symptomatic treatment,children with the control group with general hospital care,experimental group children adopting comprehensive nursing.Records in the two groups of clinical symptoms and cure time,and do the telephone follow-up in one year after discharge,investigation and relapse. Results The experimental group of children in the three period cure significantly greater than the number of children with the control group,the clinical symptoms is also superior to control group,and control group in hospital a year 28.12% of the total recurrence rate was 28.12% higher than that of the experimental group obviously children.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on the clinical treatment of pediatric allergic purpura have positive significance,and can effectively reduce relapse, worthy of clinical application.%目的：研究综合护理干预对小儿过敏性紫癜的效果调查。方法2012年1月～2013年12月期间来我院治疗的过敏性紫癜患儿64例，随机分为对照组与实验组，每组患儿32例。在对症治疗基础上，对照组患儿采用一般住院护理，实验组患儿采用综合护理。记录两组临床症状及治愈时间，并在出院后一年内做电话随访，调查复发情况。结果在7d，14d及21d时实验组临床症状消失患者例数优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。并且在出院一年内对照组总复发率为28.12%，明显高于实验组患儿的15.63%，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（x2=3.846，P＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预对小儿过敏性紫癜的临床治疗有积极的意义，并能有效减少复发，值得临床应用。
