绩效管理在科研院所党建工作中的应用分析

         

摘要

The work of Party Building is one of the content of the "Decision of the CPC Central Committee on deepening reform of the overall number of major issues". The development of scientific research institutes in the daily work should not only pay attention to scientific research and education. Good attention should establish to Party building work system. Performance appraisal and management with auxiliary, promote the work of Party building of scientific research institutes. With the performance appraisal management system to promote, the work of Party Building Research Institute has been optimized gradually change. This study analyzed the main content of performance management of this unit, on the basis of the analysis in the work of Party building, and puts forward related suggestions.%党建工作是《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》的改革内容之一,科研院所在日常工作中不仅要注重科研教育事业的发展,更应该关注良好党建工作体制的建立。绩效考评和管理工作对科研院所的党建工作具有辅助、推动的作用,随着绩效考评管理制度的推进,科研院所的党建工作也逐步优化转变。本文分析了本单位绩效管理的主要内容,对其在党建工作中运用进行了分析,并提出了相关意见。
