74例妊娠期糖尿病母亲新生儿早期并发症的临床观察

ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of the mother with gestational diabetes mellitus on the early neonates. MethodsThe clinical datas of 74 cases of diabetic mothers were retrospectively analyzed, the result were compared with clinic data of 74 neonates with healthy women.Results The incidences of large for gestational age, fetal macrosomia, hyperbilirubinemia, premature infant, hypoglycemia, asphyxia, polycythemia and NRDS of infants born by GDM women were statistically significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Maternal gestational diabetes is one of high risk factors of neonates, large for gestational age, fetal macrosomia, hyperbilirubinemia, premature-infant, hypoglycemia, asphyxia, polycythemia and NRDS, need to pay more attention.%目的：探讨母亲妊娠期糖尿病对早期新生儿的影响。方法对74例糖尿病母亲婴儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并与健康孕妇的新生儿进行比较。结果糖尿病母亲婴儿大于胎龄儿和巨大儿、高胆红素血症、早产儿、低血糖、窒息、红细胞增多症、呼吸窘迫综合征的发病率均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论母亲妊娠期糖尿病为大于胎龄儿、巨大儿、高胆红素血症、早产儿、低血糖、窒息、红细胞增多症、呼吸窘迫综合征的高危因素，需引起更多重视。
