超声在剖宫产术后子宫切口妊娠诊治中的应用价值评估

摘要

目的：探讨超声在剖宫产术后子宫切口妊娠诊治中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院在2011年8月～2013年8月收治的25例剖宫产术后子宫切口妊娠患者的临床资料，分析其诊断方法和治疗情况。结果（1）本组25例患者中，经超声诊断后，单纯孕囊型14例，不均质团块型11例。（2）19例患者采用药物治疗+清宫术，6例患者采用药物治疗+子宫修补术，均成功保留子宫，且具有生育功能。结论超声可以作为诊断子宫切口妊娠的首选方法，在治疗过程中，可先采用保守治疗，在选择清宫治疗时可充分结合超声图像，对治疗方案进行合理调整，超声在剖宫产术后子宫切口妊娠诊治具有较高的应用价值。%Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy of postoperative cesarean section. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical date of 25 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy of postoperative cesarean section who were admitted to our hospital from August 2011 to August 2013 were made, and diagnosis method and curative effect were analyzed.Results(1)14 cases of simple gestational sacs and 11 cases of heterogeneous mass were diagnosed by ultrasound among 25 patients in this group. (2)19 patients were treated with pharmacotherapy and uterine curettage, and 6 patients were treated with pharmacotherapy and uterus repair. All of them were succeeded in prevention of uterus and had fertility.ConclusionUltrasound can be a preferred method in the diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy. Conservative treatment can be adopted firstly, and the treatment protocols can be adjusted based on ultrasound images in the treatment with uterine curettage. Ultrasound has a better application value in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy of postoperative cesarean section.
