探究人性化护理模式在改善手术室护理水平方面的临床效果

摘要

目的：探究人性化护理模式（humanistic nursing care mode，以下简称HNCD）在改善手术室护理水平方面的临床效果。方法选取300例在我院进行手术治疗的患者，随机分为对照组（150例，采取术前准备、宣教等常规护理）和观察组（150例，在上述基础上融合HNCD护理），比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理质量评分、术前术后焦虑水平改善情况、患者满意度方面均优于对照组患者（P＜0.05）。结论将HNCD运用于手术室护理全程，有效减轻手术刺激带给患者的负面情绪，提高手术室护理质量，提高患者满意度，在改善手术室护理水平方面取得满意效果，临床上值得推广应用。%Objective To explore the the clinical effect of humanized nursing mode (HNCD) in improving the nursing level in the operation room. Methods 300 patients treated with surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group (150 cases given conventional nursing mode including preoperative preparation and health educatin, etc.) and observation group (150 cases given HNCD based on the routine nursing mode), The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of nursing quality, the improvement of anxiety level before and after the operation and satisfactory degree of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of HNCD in operation room nursing can effectively reduce the patients' negative emotions caused by the surgery, improve the quality of nursing in operation room, improve patient satisfaction and can achieve satisfactory results in the improvement of operation room nursing level, which is worth clinical application.
