Objective To explore the influence of body mass index management and blood glucose control to perinatal outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 120 cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus cured in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each. Pregnant women in observation group were treated with systematized body mass index management and blood glucose control, and pregnant women in control group were treated with conventional diet for pregnant women. Fasting blood glucose levels, body weight gain, and maternal and neonatal complications of pregnant women in the two groups before and after the intervention were observed and compared. Results Fasting blood glucose levels of pregnant women in the two groups after the intervention were all decreased, and the fasting blood glucose levels of observation group were reduced more significantly (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the weight gains of pregnant women in observation group were decreased significantly in mid and late trimester of pregnancy. Incidence rates of ketoacidosis, polyhydramnios, preterm delivery, fetal distress, neonatal hypoglycemia complication were significantly reduced (P<0.05). Conclusion The method of body mass index management and blood glucose control to perinatal outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus can better control blood sugar, reduce maternal and neonatal complications, and improve maternal and child outcomes.%目的：探讨体重指数管理及血糖控制对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇母儿并发症的影响。方法选取2014年7月～2015年7月于我院住院治疗的120例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇，随机分成观察组、对照组，各60例。观察组孕妇实施系统化体重指数管理及血糖控制，对照组给予常规孕妇饮食及治疗。对两组孕妇干预前后空腹血糖水平、体重增长及母儿并发症情况进行观察及比较。结果两组孕妇干预后空腹血糖水平均下降，且观察组血糖水平降低较为显著（P＜0.05）。与对照组比较，观察组孕妇孕中期、孕晚期体重增长明显下降，酮症酸中毒、羊水过多、早产、胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿低血糖并发症发生率显著降低（P＜0.05）。结论对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇实施系统化体重指数管理及血糖控制，能较好地控制血糖，减少母儿并发症发生，改善母儿结局。
