Objective: To study the prevalence of reproductive tract infections of women with the age of 35-59 in Qiaozi and Huaibei town, and formulate measures of gynaecological diseases accordingly. Methods: Women with the age of 35-59 in Qiaozi and Huaibei town were selected for the reproductive tract infection examinations. Participating women were provided with gynecological pelvic examination, vaginal secretion examination and cervical exfoliative cytology examination, all the participants in the personnel training were given the unified examination and the united questionnaire. Results: The prevalence rate of gynaecological diseases was 57.54％, with the chronic cervicitis rate was 36.01％ (1 474/4 093), the rate of vaginitis was 16.14％ (661/4 093), the rate of uterine fibroids was 7.87％ (322/4 093), the rate of ovarian cyst was 1.95％ (80/4 093), the rate of pelvic inflammation was 1.39％ (57/4 093). The highest prevalence rate of reproductive tract infection of the 40-44 age group was 65.92％, while the lowest prevalence rate of reproductive tract infection of the 55-59 age group was 39.27％. The prevalence rate of vaginitis in the plain was higher than that in the mountain town (x2=35.44,P＜0.01). Conclusion: Strengthening publiciy, developing good personal hygiene habits in women, establishing safe sex,early identification of signs and symptoms of infection, early medical treatment and standardized treatment are the important measures to prevent reproductive tract infections, reduce cervical cancer occurrence and improve life quality of women.%目的:了解桥梓、怀北两镇35～59岁妇女的生殖道感染情况,制订妇女病防治措施.方法:选取桥梓、怀北两镇35～59岁妇女为生殖道感染检查对象,对其行妇科盆腔检查、阴道分泌物检查、宫颈脱落细胞学检查,所有参加检查的人员进行统一培训,统一问卷.结果:妇科疾病患病率为57.54%,疾病顺位依次为慢性宫颈炎36.01%(1 474/4 093)、阴道炎16.14%(661/4 093)、子宫肌瘤7.87%(322/4 093)、卵巢囊肿1.95%(80/4 093)、盆腔炎1.39%(57/4 093),其中,40～44岁组生殖道感染患病率最高,为65.92%,55～59岁组生殖道感染患病率最低,为39.27%.阴道炎的患病率平原低于山区(χ2=35.44,P＜0.01).结论:加强宣传,培养妇女良好的个人卫生习惯,建立安全的性行为,及早识别感染症状和体征,并及早就医,规范治疗,是目前预防生殖道感染,减少宫颈癌发生,提高妇女生活质量的重要措施.
