缺氧诱导因子-1α和环氧合酶-2在食管鳞癌发展过程中表达变化及与新生血管关系的临床研究

     

摘要

目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在食管鳞癌发展过程中的表达变化.方法:选取我院食管鳞癌患者100例(实验组)和50例正常食管上皮组织(对照组).采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的食管鳞癌患者临床资料,测定正常上皮组织和食管鳞癌组织中HIF-1α、COX-2表达及微血管密度(MVD).结果:食管鳞癌组织中的HIF-1α、COX-2表达阳性率均明显高于正常上皮组织(χ2=127.9、82.1,P<0.05),正常上皮组织中MVD值明显低于食管鳞癌组织中(t=26.33,P<0.05),HIF-1α和COX-2、MVD均存在明显的正相关,差异均有统计学意义(r=0.491、0.487,P<0.05).结论:食管鳞癌组织中的HIF-1α和COX-2表达增加,其肿瘤血管增加可能与HIF-1α和COX-2有关.为食管鳞癌发展过程提供可靠的理论依据.%Objective: To approach the expression to change of HIF-1α and COX-2 in the development of esophageal squamous carcinoma. Methods: Retrospective analysis method was adopted, clinical data of the esophageal squamous carcinoma patients were analyzed in our hospital, HIF-1α, COX-2 and MVD of normal epithelial tissue and esophageal carcinoma epithelial tissue were determined. Results: The HIF-1α, COX-2 expression masccline rate of esophageal carcinoma epithelial tissue were higher than normal epithelial tissue (x2=127.9, 82.1, P<0.05) , the MVD of normal epithelial tissue was lower than esophageal carcinoma epithelial tissue (t=26.3 3, P<0.05), there were obviously positive correlation between in HIF-1αand COX-2, MVD, the difference were statistical significance (r=0.491, 0.487, P<0.05). Conclusion: The HIF-1α and COX-2 of esophageal carcinoma epithelial tissue expression are increased,the increase of tumor vessels are concemed with HIF-1α and COX-2, which provide reliable theoretical foundation in the esophageal squamous carcinoma development.
