Objective: To explore the effect of diagnosis and treatment of colon cancer by laparoscopic surgery.Methods:.45 cases were chosen to be studied who underwent radical resection by laparoscopic and 32 by open surgery in our department.To compare the preoperative clinical datas and intraoperatie blood losses, operation times, the number of intraopera-tive lymph node dissection, the positive situation of tumor cells on the cut edge, and postoperative hospitalization time, need analgesic time.Results: The results of the experiment group of intraoperative blood loss, post-operative hospitalization time, need analgesic time, can eat of time were (162.4±10.5) ml, (9.70±1.68) day, (1.4±0.4) day, (2.3±0.5) day respectively.And the control group were (196.5±45.2) ml, (12.98±1.54) day, (2.8±0.5) day, (4.0±1.3) day.There was statistically significant between the two group (P＜0.05).The operative time, the number of the dissection of lymph node, the positive situation of tumor cells on the cut edge, 1-year survival without obvious difference of the experiment group were (165.4± 10.5) min, (10±2), 0, 100％.The control group were (163.5±11.4) min, (10±2), 0, 100％.They were no significant difference (P＞0.05).Conclusion: In the comparison of Laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of colon cancer, Laparoscopic surgery is a safe and effective operation method, with less bleeding, faster recovery.%目的:探讨腹腔镜手术在结肠癌的诊治中的作用.方法:对腹腔镜下结肠癌手术45例与开腹结肠癌手术32例患者的一般资料和术中失血量、手术时间、术中淋巴结清扫数、切缘肿瘤细胞阳性情况,及术后的住院时间、需要止痛的时间、可以进食的时间、1年生存率等进行比较.结果:实验组术中失血量、术后住院时间、需要止痛的时间、可以进食的时间分别为(162.4±10.5)ml、(9.70±1.68)d、(1.4±0.4)d、(2.3±0.5)d,对照组分别为(196.5±45.2)ml、(12.98±1.54)d、(2.8±0.5)d、(4.0±1.3)d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(B<0.05).在手术时间、淋巴结清扫数、切缘阳性率、1年生存率方面.实验组分别为(165.4±10.5)min、(10±2)枚、0%、100%,而对照组为(163.5±11.4)min、(10±2)枚、0、100%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:腹腔镜手术和开腹手术在治疗结肠癌方面比较起来,腹腔镜手术是一种安全有效的手术方式,具有出血量少,恢复快等优点.
