传统综合护理干预对血液病老年睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量影响的观察

摘要

目的 观察传统综合护理干预措施对血液科老年睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量的影响作用.方法 对80例研究对象于实施干预措施前采用匹兹保睡眠指数量表(PSQI)评价患者睡眠质量.采用0～3等级计分,累积各成分得分为PSQI总分,总分范围为0～21,得分越高,表示睡眠质量越差.最后的统计指标为总分和各成分得分.然后,对患者的睡眠障碍采用睡前浴足和按摩+涌泉穴药物贴服+音乐疗法进行传统综合护理干预.实施观察时间为4周.于第4周周末评定疗效.测评数据进行统计学处理(t检验).结果 传统综合护理干预前后,患者的睡眠质量各因子得分均差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).干预后影响睡眠质量的各项指标均得到了很大的改善,患者的睡眠质量明显提高.结论 采用睡前浴足和按摩+涌泉穴药物贴服+音乐疗法“三位一体”传统综合干预措施,可有效地改善睡眠障碍,提高患者的睡眠质量.%Objective To observe the influence of traditional integrated nursing intervention on the sleep quality of elderly hematology patients with sleep disorders. Methods Sleep quality of 80 patients was evaluated by using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) before implementation of intervening measures. The 0-3 ranking scale was used and the cumulative score of all the components was the PSQI total score, which ranged from 0-21 points. The higher the score was, the lower the sleep quality was. The final statistical indicators were the total score and the scores of each component. Then, the traditional integrated nursing intervention consisting of feet wash and massage before sleep+drug dressings at yongquan point + music therapy. The observation time of implementation was 4 weeks and the curative effects were evaluated at the end of the forth week. The data was analyzed statistically (t test). Results The component scores of patients'sleep quality were all significantly different between before and after traditional integrated nursing intervention (P < 0.01). After intervention, all the indicators influencing sleep quality improved largely and patients'sleep quality improved significantly. Conclusion The "trinity" traditional integrated intervention measures consisting of feet wash and massage before sleep + drug dressings at yongquan point + music therapy can effectively improve sleep disorders and improve patients'sleep quality.
