中药有效部位群组方配伍比例的筛选

摘要

Objective To optimize the proportion of total alkaloids in sophora flavescens and total ginsenosides. Methods rnUniform design method and pharmacodynamics models of anti-anoxia ability and anti-arrhythmia was used too ptimizing rnproportion of Chinese Medicine active principles combination. Results The effective doses total alkaloids in sophora rnflavescens and total ginsenosides were 73:65.5 mg/kg in mouse and 51 :46 tng/kg in rice. Conclusion The best proportion of rnactive principles combination is 1.1:1.0.%目的 筛选苦参和西洋参中有效部位苦参总碱和西洋参总皂苷的剂量配比.方法 应用均匀设计法,结合耐缺氧实验和心律失常两种药理学模型,对中药有效部位群组方的剂量配比进行筛选.结果 苦参总碱和西洋参皂苷组合物小鼠的有效剂量为73∶65.5 mg/kg,大鼠有效剂量为51∶46 mg/kg.结论 中药有效部位群的最佳比例为1.1∶1.0.
