以双氯芬酸二乙胺软膏为传导基质的超声治疗在颈部应力性疼痛中的应用效果

         

摘要

目的 评价应用以双氯芬酸二乙胺软膏为传导基质的超声治疗在颈部应力性疼痛中的应用效果.方法 选择于2015年3月~2017年2月在江西省人民医院康复医学科门诊就诊,诊断为颈部应力性疼痛的患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为A、B、C三组,每组各40例.A组以休息加双氯芬酸二乙胺软膏局部外用,B组以普通耦合剂作为超声传导基质,C组以双氯芬酸二乙胺软膏作为超声传导基质.疗程5d.观察比较三组患者的治疗前后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、疼痛治疗显效时间、临床综合疗效.结果 治疗后三组VAS评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);治疗后,C组VAS评分低于A组及B组,疼痛治疗显效时间短于A组及B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).A、B两组显效率及总有效率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).C组显效率及总有效率均高于A组和B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 用双氯芬酸二乙胺软膏作为传导基质能提高超声波治疗颈部应力性疼痛的临床效果.%Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the application of diclofenac diethylamine ointment as conduction matrix of ultrasound in the treatment of stress pain in the neck.Methods 120 patients were diagnosed as neck stress pain in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from March 2015 to February 2017.They were divided into A,B,C three groups using random number table method,each group with 40 cases.Rest and Diclofenac diethylamine ointment topical was used in the group A,ordinary coupling agent as the conduction matrix of ultrasound was used in the group B,diclofenac diethylamine ointment as the conduction matrix of ultrasound was used in the group C.Treatment for 5 d.The visual analogue scores (VAS) before and after treatment,onset time of pain treatment,and clinical efficacy of three groups were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,VAS scores of the three groups were significantly improved after treatment (P < 0.05);VAS score of the group C after treatment was lower than that of the group A and group B,and the onset time of pain treatnent of group C was significantly shorter than that of the group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the effective rate and the total effective rate between group B and group A (P > 0.05).there was no statistically significant difference in the effective rate and the total effective rate between group A and group B,and the effective rate and the total effective rate of the group C were higher than that of the group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The use of diclofenac diethylamine ointment as a conductive matrix can improve the clinical efficacy of ultrasound in the treatment of stress pain in the neck.
