目的:加强医院高值耗材的科学管理.方法:针对医院高值耗材传统管理方法的弊端,采取了成立高值耗材管理项目组、业务流程重组、基于ERP系统实现高值耗材全程可追溯管理等新的管理方法.结果:新的管理方法初步实现了对医院高值耗材规范、统一、专业的管理,达到了采购透明、使用安全、服务专业、收支同步的目标.结论:新的管理方法克服了传统方法的弊端,使管理更科学、更专业、更精细.%Objective: To strengthen scientific management of medical high value consumables. Methods: In order to overcome the drawbacks of traditional methods, a series of measures such as establishing project team, reengineering business process and full traceability management based on ERP have ben taken.Results: The goals of transparent procurement, use safety, professional service and balance synchronization have been basically achieved through standard, unifiedand professional management brought about by the new management methods.Conclusion: The new methods can overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods and make management more scientific, more professional and leaner.
