基于AR方法的心音信号3D分析

     

摘要

Objective: Heart sounds signal is one of the most important human physiological signal We can distinguish different heart sounds signals through 3D bispectrum to provide an efficient approach in clinical diagnosis of heart disease.Methods: In this study, based on LabVIEW8 6 virtual instrument developing platform, we established colored 3D bispectrum using AR, Rseults: We can see obvious difference between cardiomvopathy patient and healthy individuals in 3D bispect mm through analysis of different samples of those people. Conclusion: This method can be used to efficiently distinguish normal heart sounds from abnormal ones and reveal the variation process of frequency with time prolongation Meanwhile, it is helpful for aided diagnosis of heart disease.%目的:心音信号是人体重要生理信号之一,通过三维(3D)图谱,能够直观的区分不同心音,为临床心脏病诊断提供一种有效的参考.方法:基于Labview8.6虚拟仪器开发平台,采用时间序列自回归模型(AR)双谱构建心音信号的三维图谱.结果:通过对正常人和心脏疾病患者的不同样本分析,在三维图谱上能够清晰的表现出其差别.结论:分析和结果证明该方法能有效的区分正异常的心音,揭示了能量成分随时间的变化过程,有助于心脏病的辅助诊断.
