东芝DGW-20AX光机原理分析及维护

     

摘要

X光机对于临床的医学诊断具有重要的辅助作用。然而当X光机出现故障后维修较复杂、困难。为了防止故障频发,医学工程实验室探讨了东芝DGW-20AX光机机器运行的原理及电路图,针对X射线球管的管电流检测电路及ICU板的电源电压监测电路的工作原理进行分析,掌握了实际故障的维修方法。例举其中部分部件的主要作用及对设备的影响,给出设备在实际运行中的电压、电流标准值以及机器日常维护保养办法,经过实验室对电路板的模拟实验及测试,得出了各个元器件的标准工作数值,供同行参考借鉴。%Because of a wide range of the application, X-ray machines have an important auxiliary role in clinical medical diagnosis, but the maintenance of their faults is complicated and difficult. In order to avoid the frequent occurrence of the faults, medical engineering laboratory explores the operating principle and circuit diagrams of Toshiba DGW-20A x-ray machine, analyzes the working principles of x-ray tube current detection circuit and the ICU Board power supply voltage monitoring circuits, and gets a good mastering of the maintenance of the actual faults. The primary role of some parts and their impact on the equipment, the standard values of the voltage and current in actual equipment operation, the measures taken for the day-to-day maintenance of the machine, and the standard values of various components obtained by simulating and testing the circuit board are also included in the article.
