All metering system management modules shall be established systematically, making a variety of measuring instruments calibration test statistical reports to enable operating procedures normalized. A simple and functional measurement management system with flexible statistical functions is an effective modern tool for hospital, which can always fully grasp and understand the dynamics of hospital-wide information on measuring instruments, as well as perform effectively control, supervision and dynamic tracking of management measuring instruments. The establishment of hospital management information system of measurement makes the hospital leadership, measurement-managing department, measuring-instruments user department contact each other through the online network platform, which brings fast and accurate transmission of information management, greatly improving the measurement of management efficiency and reduce management costs of measurement. Information-based management not only saves manpower and material resources, improves efficiency of work and transmission of information, shortens decision-making cycle and fastens processing speed, but also ensures the accuracy and standardization of data. Being under management based on information, measuring instruments in the hospital ensure the accuracy and validity of measurement, which positively reduces medical errors, improves the quality of medical services so as to protect the health and safety of children.
