可编程逻辑控制器在血液透析机供水处理系统中的节水设计与应用

         

摘要

目的:设计将可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)用于血液透析用水处理系统,进行数字闭环流量实时控制,实现血液透析用水处理系统节水节能。方法:通过数字电子流量传感器对产水、反水和排水3个不同部分的水流速进行测量,将实时监测到的测量值反馈给PLC,后者根据系统负载的不同用水量,通过调节电动流量调节阀控制废水的排放量。结果:PLC利用数字电子流量传感器实时监测水系统不同部分水流速的测量值,可实现对系统废水排放量的自动化调节。结论:PLC技术建立的数字闭环流量实时控制系统,能够保证最大的水利用率,同时可延缓反渗透膜的使用寿命,实现系统产水、反水和排水3部分智能配比,达到了血液透析用水处理系统节水和节能目的。%Objective:To explore the water saving application of programmable logic controller (PLC) in the water treatment system for hemodialysis, to achieve the purpose of saving water. Methods:The flow velocity of water production, water returning and drainage was measured by the digital electronic flow sensor and the real-time monitoring value was give feedback to the PLC system. According to different water emission, the wastewater emission was controlled through adjusting electric flow control valve. Results: PLC system monitored the water flow velocity value of different parts using digital electronic flow sensor in real-time and realized the automation system for wastewater discharge regulation. Conclusion:The real-time control system of digital closed-loop flow depending on PLC technology can ensure the highest utilization efficiency of water, delay the service life of reverse osmosis membrane, realize intelligent ratio of the water in the system, and achieve water saving and energy saving of the water treatment system.
