口腔综合治疗台水路回吸检测器的研制与应用

摘要

目的：研制一种可以与口腔综合治疗台相连接，用于检测口腔综合治疗台水路回吸量的检测器，为控制院内感染提供有效量化检测仪器。方法：采用机械加工方法制作回吸检测器接头和刻度尺，用软管连接接头并用粘接剂固定在刻度尺上。采用系统抽样方法，应用回吸检测器对口腔综合治疗台水路回吸量进行检测。结果：经在天津市16个区(县)110家医疗机构对337台口腔综合治疗台回吸量进行检测，其合格率为83.7%，使用时间与回吸量间差异无统计学意义；口腔综合治疗台的医院级别、进口与否等因素对水路回吸量存在影响。结论：研制的回吸检测器结构简便，使用快捷，易于推广，被检测的口腔综合治疗台水路回吸合格率较好；填补了目前尚无商品化检测工具的空白。%Objective:To design a measurement device which can be connected to the handpiece connector of the waterlines, and to assess the retraction of dental chair unit(DCU) in some hospitals of Tianjin.Methods: Using machining methods was to make connector and scale ruler, and a hose joint to the connecter and an adhesive fixed on the scale ruler. Using the method of systematic sampling and retraction measurement device was to assess the retraction of DCU.Results: The retraction measurement device 337 DCU in 110 medical institutions were selected for evaluating the retraction. 55 DCU(16.3%) failed the retraction evaluation. There was no significant positive correlation between the retracted volumes and the age of the instruments.Conclusion: The retraction measurement device is simple, rapid and easy to promote, and fills the blank of the current commercial tools. The results showed that the retraction of dental unit water lines was better.
