医用导管连接错误分析及预防策略

摘要

Objective:To discuss the present situation and problems of clinical application of medical catheters.Methods: This paper summarized common type, causes and corresponding prevention strategies of medical catheter misconnection by analyzing domestic and overseas literatures.Results: There are 13 types of medical catheter misconnection in clinical and the most common one is the misconnection between venous catheter and other medical catheters. Conclusion: Medical catheter misconnection occurs frequently, which threatens patients’ health and life safety and should arise attentions among health providers. Health providers should try to decrease the occurrence of catheter misconnection by importing new connector standards, making effective procedures and process, providing appropriate education and training for staff, creating catheter-safety culture and educating patients, to ensure patient safety.%目的：分析医用导管在临床应用中的现状和存在的问题，并提出解决方案。方法：通过查阅国内、国外文献，结合临床实践，分析医用导管连接错误常见类型及其发生原因，制订相应的风险预防策略。结果：临床上医用导管连接错误常见类型有13余种，其中静脉导管与其他医用导管发生连接错误属最常见的类型。结论：医用导管连接错误的发生对患者健康和生命安全存在威胁，应引起医护人员的高度重视，从引入导管接头新标准、完善操作技术流程、进行导管连接专项培训以及安全宣教等方面入手，制定预防措施，加强风险管理，减少导管错误连接的发生率，保障医疗安全。
