应用PDC管理提高监护仪完好率效果探讨

摘要

目的:探讨戴明循环(PDCA)管理对提高监护仪完好率的效果.方法:通过对医院现有1119台监护仪的维护与巡查,针对监护仪存在的心电波形异常、无创血压与血氧测量异常、电池失效、维护保养延迟等问题,运用头脑风暴法进行PDCA管理,对主要故障进行原因分析并制定质量改进措施.结果:对监护仪运用PDCA管理实施质量改进后,其完好率与质量改进前相比,由92.35%提升至97.33%,差异有统计学意义(t=2.295,P<0.05).结论:应用PDCA强化监护仪设备管理,可有效提高监护仪的完好率,保障医疗设备临床使用和管理规范化.%Objective: To investigate the effect of Deming cycle(PDCA) on increasing the serviceability rate of monitor. Methods: Through the inspection and maintenance for the existed 1119 monitors of hospital to found main problems. And aimed at these problems existed in monitors, such as waveform abnormality of electrocardiogram(ECG), noninvasive blood pressure, blood oxygen, battery failure, maintenance delay and so on, the brainstorming method was used to implement the management of PDCA, and then the main reasons were analyzed and quality improvement was implemented. Results:After the management of monitors were improved by using PDCA, the serviceability rate of post-improvement(97.33%) was significantly higher than that of pre-improvement(92.35%)(t=2.295, P<0.05). Conclusion: The management of PDCA was applied on monitor can effectively increase the serviceability rate of monitor and promote the clinical use and standardized management for medical equipment.
