基于AHP法的医疗设备售后服务质量评估方法的应用研究

摘要

本文研究了AHP法在医疗设备售后服务质量评枯中应用的意义和可行性.通过应用AHP法并在其实施中使用了一些技巧和方法,对某医疗设备售后服务质量进行了评价,并对该评价指标体系进行拓展应用.证明该评价指标体系对改进医疗设备售后服务质量有现实意义,而且改进后的指标体系也可用于其他医疗设备售后服务质量评价.%AHP method has been studied about its meaning and feasibility of application on after service quality evaluation of medical equipment. By applying AHP, in which some techniques and methods are used, the after service quality of medical equipment has been evaluated, and the evaluation index system will be expanded and used. Proving the evaluation index system has practical significance to improving after service of medical equipment, and also the index system improved is applicable to the after service quality evaluation of other medical equipment.
