一种休克输液辅助器具的研制

摘要

目的 介绍在临床实践中自行研制的一种新型休克输液的辅助器具,可有效解决急诊急救中休克病人建市静脉通道困难的问题,提高静脉穿刺的成功率,缩短建立多静脉通道的时间.方法 应用本辅助器具绑扎于病人的四肢,充气后定向驱血汇聚静脉血使静脉充盈暴露良好,有利于静脉穿刺.结果 本器具具有操作简便、无创、节时的特点,临床使用取得了良好的效果.%Objective To develop a kind of countershock transfusion assistant appatatus. Methods The apparatus has achieved good results when be banded to patient's limbs, filling and exposuring the superficial vein, then it will be ease to puncture the veins and setup the vein channels. Results The apparatus has characteristics of convenient, non-invasive and time saving, and has achieved good clinical result.
