摘要

本文从医疗设备的高科技结构特点和医疗设备维修行业的现状、市场现状以及医院自身工程技术队伍现状等几个方面,进行分析思考.结合我们工作的实际感受,探索实践了一些行之有效的维修管理对策和措施.%Procurement method of high-value consumables is summarized, several methods about optimization are analyzed in detail, so as to reduce the cost of high-value consumables, lighten the burden of patients, and offer reference for solving the difficulty in application with high-tech.
