无偿献血服务网络建设面临的设备管理问题及对策

依据某血液中心设备管理状况,结合无偿献血服务网络建设需求,从质量管理的角度,对血站设备进行分类,并对设备管理模式和流程进行分析.针对当前血站设备管理面对的资金、人员、技术等问题,探讨提高血站设备管理的有效措施,以满足无偿献血服务网络建设的需求,在扩大采供血业务规模的同时,确保设备安全和血液质量.%According to the situation of equipment management of a blood center and combining with the demand service network of constructing of blood donation without repayment, this paper classified the blood stations equipment from the perspective of quality management, and analyzed the equipment management mode and work flow. In order to effectively meet the demand of service network construction and ensure equipment safety and blood quality during the course of expanding the scale of business about blood collection and supply, effective measures were also discussed based on some current problems of fund, staff and technology in blood stations equipment management.
