基于“一卡通”的自助医疗服务系统

摘要

本文阐述我院基于“一卡通”自助医疗服务系统的构建及功能.通过应用该系统,改善了患者就诊体验,提高了就诊效率,提升了患者满意度,具有明显的社会效益.%Based on the application of Medical Common Cards, and carried by Citizen Cards and Medical Payment Cards, the System of Advance Payment has been adopted in the medical self-service system. The patients who login the system of self-service terminal can use every kind of function in the self-service system, which optimizes the process and shorten the time of visiting. The efficiency of visiting and the satisfaction degree of patients have been improved since the system being used, which improves the social benefit for the hospital.
