Objective To explore the inlfuence of magnetic substances on homogeneity of magnetic ifeld and quality of magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS).Methods Scanned the MRS dedicated phantom with contrast medium or coins, then evaluated the quality of spectrum.Results The quality of magnetic resonance spectroscopy obtained under the condition of contrast medium or coins was apparently decreased compared with the normal.Conclusion The results proved that magnetic substances can lead to asymmetric magnetic ifeld and affect the quality of MRS.%目的:探讨磁性物质对磁场均匀性的影响,以及对磁共振波谱质量的影响。方法利用磁共振设备自带磁共振波谱专用体模,放置造影剂与硬币后进行波谱扫描,用来评价磁性物质对于磁共振波谱质量的影响。结果在放置造影剂和硬币条件下得到的波谱比正常条件下得到的波谱质量明显下降。结论磁性物质会影响局部磁场,造成感兴趣区域磁场的不均匀,从而影响磁共振波谱质量。
