目的:探讨第二代双源CT的Flash序列在肋骨外伤检查中的应用。方法对28例肋骨外伤患者分别使用常规螺旋序列扫描和二代双源Flash序列扫描,比较两种扫描方法的图像质量及辐射剂量。结果常规螺旋序列扫描图像的优良率明显低于Flash序列扫描图像。Flash序列扫描的管电流、CT容积剂量指数、剂量长度乘积、有效剂量、扫描时间均低于常规螺旋扫描,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Flash序列扫描具有辐射剂量低、扫描时间短、图像质量高等特点,优于常规螺旋序列扫描,值得推广。%Objective To explore the application value of Flash sequence of second-generation dual-source CT in the examination of rib injury. Methods 28 patients with rib injury were scanned by both conventional spiral sequence scan and second-generation dual-source Flash sequence scan. Then the image quality and radiation dose of the two methods were compared. Results The high-quality image rate of conventional spiral sequence scan were obviously lower than that of Flash sequence scan;the tube current, volume CT dose index (CTDIvol), dose-length product (DLP), effective dose (ED) and scan time of Flash sequence scan were signiifcantly lower than those in conventional spiral sequence scan (P<0.05). Conclusion Flash sequence scan is better than conventional spiral sequence scan in radiation doses, scanning time and image quality which is worthy to be widely applied.
