数字减影血管造影系统性能检测和质量控制

摘要

In order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) system, it is essential to conducted performance testing and control quality of DAS system regularly. According to the national metrology veriifcation regulation (JJG 1067-2011) of X-ray radiation source of medical diagnostic digital subtraction angiography (DSA) system, this paper introduced the testing methods of air kerma rate, HVL, X-ray tube voltage, minimal size of simulate vascular, spatial resolution, low contrast resolution, contrast linearity and subtraction angiography performance impact.%为保证数字减影血管造影（DSA）系统的安全性和有效性，必须定期进行性能检测和质量控制。本文按照JJG 1067-2011《医用诊断数字减影血管造影（DSA）系统X射线辐射源国家计量检定规程》，介绍了对数字减影血管造影系统的空气比释动能率、HVL（辐射输出的质）、X射线管电压、模拟血管最小尺寸、空间分辨力、低对比度分辨力、对比度线性和减影性能影响等的检测方法。
